1641cc top end engine rebuild kit. Features a set of four 1641cc barrels and pistons complete with rings and gudgeon pins, two 040 twin port cylinder heads with 32mm exhaust and 35.5mm inlet valves, and a complete engine gasket set. Increase power and torque without major internal engine modification.

Can be used on aircooled Type 1 engine built from 1967 onwards. Can be used to upgrade your 1500cc and 1600cc single port engine if you replace your carburettor and manifold.

Engine kit, 'big bore' slip in, consists of: 2x new "040" cylinder head, dual port, with 32 mm exhaust and 35.5 mm intake valves. 1x big bore piston/liner kit, 87 mm slip in type. 1x engine gasket set, single dual port, MAHLE
