Top quality bench seat mounts. These have the 3 slots to change position of the main seat. Made in house by Schofields. 

These are usually fitted for "hump back" benchseats 61-62. But, you can fit them into any split bus if you want to change the position of your benchseat. They weld to the top of the seat mounting panel.
